Who called me from this phone number (817) 415-6026

some one stating my social security number was connected to some sort of money laundering investigation and they were trying to get me to tell them my social and give them my bank information and said they were trying to help me not go to prison. and went on and on. i finally hung up on them and ever since i have been getting these weird text wanting me to click a link for different things. they are driving me crazy.
