Who called me from this phone number (817) 406-9230

Received a call from "Eric Merrifield" - very rude and threatening, mentioned he now had my address and would see me. Very scary- gave number 888-927-0475 for me to call but that was for a company called Atlantic. Now Eric calls everyday at all hours from a private number since I blocked his other numbers.

I received a call looking for some woman who I had no clue who she was, and when I told him I had never heard of this person his tone and the way he so your telling me you don’t know and stated the woman’s name, he acted as if I was lying to him, which he was getting the gods honest truth from me! Then he proceeded to slam the phone down and he hung up on me. So I called the number back and got a recording of the mans voice stating it’s an investigation line and did not take incoming calls and then the line goes dead! I don’t know who’s this person is nor why or how he got my number, but the no call is was supposed to protect Americans from this type of call and these telemarking and scam artists who are stealing millions from Americans Are not feeling the long arm or the law slap down on them and there needs to be a change and legal action taken against these organizations and people! And if possible money returned especially to the elderly Americans who Are suffering the most from these folks!!! And all they have lost due to them be returned and with interest!!!!

Received a call stating I was listed as a contact for my sister and he was a process server who needed me to pass on a message to her. Gave phone number 888-292-3064 and a "case number". Very suspicious.

I received a call from a guy who addressed me by my first name, which businesses will not do. Actual professionals will address you by first and last name or just your last name. The number came up on my phone as scam likely which is also odd. When I answered and asked him why is was calling my phone, he responded with I need to verify address for some papers. Well if you actually knew my info you would know my address already. I hung up. He called right back two to three more times so when I answered again, I asked if I needed to report his number for harassment. He said I don't care what you do. Oh really mister. I told him to have a great day and hung up then blocked the number in my phone.

I received (another) call from this number at 7:30 AM! A very aggressive man on the line telling me he has papers to serve me and is near my location wondering if I am home ..... I told him of course I am It's 7:30 in the morning! He said he was on his way and I told him Good Luck! Of course I never saw him..... I collected debt for 8 years and know my FDCPA Laws and they are not a collection agency!

CALLED MY NUMBER OVER 10 TIME STATING I WAS GOING TO JAIL ND COURT MAD I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THEM MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER TOTAL SCAM

Claimed to be a private investigator hired by firm Atlantic, seeking employment information, threatened that he was on the way to my location...blah blah blah.

Receive a call stating I owe a loan which In fact I do. Then I gave wrong card number which doesn’t work anymore. The strange thing is they claim if I don’t pay I’m going to court.

I recieved several calls from a female attempting to locate my son. Sge gave me a # 888-810-7251 stating she works for a firm (Atlantic). She tried to give me a cliam #. I said I did not need it because I am not the person you are looking for. She appeared frustrated when I would not co-operate with her. I then hung-up the phone. She called back two more time and then from a different phone #. This type of phone activity appeared very odd. FYI
