Complaints about Phone Numbers817-396-####

Robocall - claimed to be from some healthcare organization on a recorded line. Recording kept breaking up, and then it hung up on me.

Got a call from 817-396-7354. Caller I.D. showed it to be spam.

Blank call. I'm guessing this is a pervert.

Called me, said they were a healthcare worker, then hung up.

Got a call from 817-396-5194. The lady told me she received a message from me wanting to know more about a job she was offering. I asked her what was she talking about and she replied with call me back at some other random 888 phone number really really quickly. Weird.
