outfit calling itself Consolidated Capital. left some sort of spam-sounding message in Spanish. no clue what it was about; i don't speak Spanish.
Robocall. Didn't listen to more than 4 seconds of call. Said nothing. Hung up.
1/.2 recording on voice message to avoid legal action call 817-345-7048. Call back and some foreign man I could not even understand answer and says what is your number.. hung up. I don't even know if it is a call from a legit company. harrassing to call and not leave a message as to who you are.
The callers typically speak with an Asian accent. The majority of the scammers do. They try to use fear to encourage you to give them information about your social security number. When I asked if I should visit a nearby social security office to inquire about what they were telling me, the caller said that they would arrest me at the office if I went there. I knew that this was a lie and that I was a potential victim of a scammer!
