817-232-3714 - IDENTIFIED HERSELF AS BEING RACHEL (WAS USING A PERSONABLE TECHNIC). SHE SAID SHE WAS FROM XEROX, AND WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON WAS HANDLING OUR COPIER DECISIONS. THIS WASN'T AN UNPLEASANT CALL, BUT CALLERS USING PERSONABLE TACTICS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. I ASKED HER FOR A CALL BACK NUMBER, TOOK HER A WHILE BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE WAS FORGETFUL, AND ASKED IF I WAS FORGETFUL TOO. THE NUMBER SHE GAVE WAS.314-588-0990. SHE SAID THIS NUMBER WOULD BE THE XEROX OFFICE #, BUT WHEN LOOKED UP (DOESN'T SHOW UP). XEROX DOES NOT PROVIDE A WEBSITE THAT SHOWS A CONTACT NUMBER.
