Received phone call from the above number saying they want to buy my property with 80% of market value paying in cash. Name of person was Iva. I told her I did not list my property and not for sale.

I get calls and (cards in the mail) saying they want to buy my house. Have gotten cards in the mail for years, but now for the last month we have been getting calls as well.
