Who called me from this phone number (816) 675-5620

Number keeps calling. They leave no name or message. Has to be spam or some kind of scam. They have MANY different numbers to call from. Blocking does no good. They are abusing the do not call list. Harassment. Might be a spoofed number from over seas.
