Who called me from this phone number (816) 535-3407

Called twice today. It MAY be a recording, I am not certain. There was background noise making it sound like a call center and it was a woman's voice. I didn't catch the name if it was given but she said she is calling about education and they ended the call 5 seconds after I answered it....both times.
