Got a recorded call claiming our power would be shut off in 30 minutes due to non payment. We pay every month on time. The call was from 816-471-5475 and said evergy on the caller I.D.
Recorded call saying electricity would be cut off in 30 minutes. BEWARE NOT EVERGY
Recevied 2 calls. Didn't answer but looked up the # the first time he called and it linked to Evergy. We had our account ready and knew we had paid, so we assumed it was a wrong number or something. 2nd time he called we gave NO information to him, except that online it says our account was current. Caller said "you look up too much online, you need to just let us scam you" and hung up.

Just like everyone else, robo call claiming electric would be turned off in 30 minutes, said to call 8009150609.
Left message on our main office # and said power would be shut off in 17 minutes. Called 1.800.927.6388 and got a voicemail that didn't announce the company name. Our caller ID showed the call came from 816.471.5275. We pay bills online and everything had posted correctly...SCAM
