Complaints about Phone Numbers816-355-####

I get around 4 calls average per day from area code 816 - all different numbers including this number. There is a background recording sound with no voice, then a hangup.

Recorded message. Did not leave a voicemail. My spam caller id disconnected it.

there is. the network providers could put a stop to it but they do not. all because it costs money and they have shareholders in mind not their customers. we need to make it cost $$ in penalties for them to not do it.

Keeps calling my mother repeatedly. She has no business with this company they are harassing her.
