Got a call from 8162966499?

Caller identified himself as Frank Moreno with fake country accent. Said he was a courier wanting to deliver sealed documents then read off my home address and asked me if I would be there to receive the documents tomorrow. I asked about what company and what it was about (I already know what it relates to) and he gave me the name of the company Goldstein and Weiss then a file number to reference when I call them. He said this would stop the delivery of the documents. I have been dealing with robo calls and just absolute hell from a debt collector. I paid the credit card debt several years ago, have a receipt, have my credit report listing the credit card paid and closed. None of this matters as different debt collectors keep calling me about it to the point that I cannot have my phone turned on and cannot answer my phone unless it is a call from my contact list. My phone is permanently on mute as they call me at work quite a lot. I have tried filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau but so far nothing has stopped the harassment. THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT ANSWER.
