Who called me from this phone number (816) 256-3447

Very rude caller stating he is exempt from the do not call list. Said he would call again later. Calls daily.

This number calls repeatedly. They have been told I am on the do not call list. Last call the woman was talking to her call center mate and then hung up when I spoke. Be very wary of this number.
