Who called me from this phone number (815) 517-9333

This company calls all the time. Does not leave a message but when one calls back it is somewhat garbled as to name of company. Message says to hit 2 to get on do not call list but also says to hit 2 to leave a message to get called back. Wonder what hitting 2 really does. MCI needs to shut down this number.
