Who called me from this phone number (815) 493-4472

Caller left message stating to call back because there was fraudlent against my social security number . I had to call before proceedings begin. I call back and a lady answer the phone stating thank you for calling social security administration. I told her I will contacting my local police department she hung up. this is a fraud
