Caller ID came up PORTFOLIO RECOVERY. One of their many phone numbers they uses.
I just saw the reports that this is Portfolio. They NEED to be shutdown for illegally using robocalls, using private/business numbers, and calling at all times. I just keep blocking every single number that I don't recognize. You need to do the same.
