Extended Warranty - This robo call is offering an extended warranty on your auto. When you try to speak to someone, it says all their callers are busy and eventually the call is disconnected - even if you answer "No" to their question. We receive two or three calls from this number per day.

I don't answer but we have three different phone lines and they call on all three at the same time.

They call and let it go to voicemail and never says nothing.

The caller ID said Jim Felts Mitsu but the woman identifying herself as Susan said she was with Cutting Tool Engineering Magazine and she asked to speak to the company president about a free subscription. I sent her to voicemail and I am contacting the actual company to let them know about 3rd party callers. We have 3rd parties calling about other magazines all the time. I believe it is a phishing scam as these magazine companies do not pay for outside advertising or sales.
