Called me the N word and cussed me out via text after hanging up on him trying to scam me

Calls all the time. I don’t answer

814-208-9758 this phone number calls my home every day some times more than once. Sometimes I answer and when I do no one is there. When I try to call this number back to stop these calls I get a busy signal or a silent pause then a busy signal. This number also calls my husbands cell phone to and when he answers it no one is there.

Receive continuing calls for Medicare == how can I get this to stop??

Calling for my husband regarding a vehicle in both of our names. They are trying to sell an extended warranty. On more than one occasion I had asked to place on a do no call list. Every time I try asking a question they hang up on me and don’t hear me out. All I want is for them to stop calling my phone.
