Who called me from this phone number (813) 946-8505

813 946 8505 continues to keep calling me saying they don't know if they have the right number - but they are looking to buy property in my area. They call everyday sometimes several times a day and leave the same message by recording. Don't call them back - I didn't. It is a SCAM call. How do we stop this number to from having this opportunity to harass us? They just want you to dial them back and then they have you.
