At least 26 consumers from New Jersey, Florida, Rhode Island, Nebraska, Utah, and 10 other states reported phone number 813-695-2210 to the Federal Trade Commission. 23% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on January 25, 2018.

Says he's with the US Grant service, it was 7:00am my time, when I informed him of this, he replied "so what, it's 7:00 and I'm at work." I told him I didn't give a f***, to call someone that early is rude and not to call me again. I hung up on him after that and googled the number, these people should be illegal.
