Who called me from this phone number (813) 642-7623

Caller ID is Lucici Cleaning. The message comes in line as all back from Frontiers. I have had several numbers that call like this, at least twice a week and it is always Frontier Communications goes through directory for type of telephone issues and then operator comes on at end of recording like if I asked for a call back with a phone problem. I didn’t ask for a call back!! Scam going on.
