I got the same experience as others have said. They tried calling back and I just let it go to voicemail. They didn't leave a message.
They say hello hello, there’s static on the line can you hear me in a male voice, then a woman comes on that barely speaks English. I responded there’s static on the line can you hear me ok? And they hang up

I just received a call and on the other line the party said my name and they said there's static on the line can I hear them. If you get a call like this say NO! It's a telemarketer and probably phishing. They use your affirmative to circumvent the telemarketing laws!
