Caller states his name is "Tyler Haynes" with merchant services. He requested to speak to our CEO about a "problem with our business merchant account." He refused to speak to our AP department which is a red flag.
Caller identifies himself as being with merchant services and that there is a problem with our business merchant account. The company name is merchant services (This should be a red flag to anyone). Said to have owner give a call back and refer to a record ID. Told the caller "Ryan" that he is scammer and not to call again.
Scam business call. They want your reference number.
