Pheonix Financial Services is who is calling from 813-499-0827. I blocked my number, called and asked for the company information. The woman who answered stated when I asked, "Phoenix Financial Services." I told her to stop calling my number, "She stated, I can't remove your number it is blocked," I told her "Just like your company blocked their Company Name when they Called me."
