Who called me from this phone number (813) 488-0573

Received a call from 813-488-0573 but they did not leave a message. I called the number to see who it was and the girl answered by giving her name and said she was on a recorded line. She then asked "Can you hear me ok?" I never answer that question. I asked who the number belonged to and she finally said she was with Medicare. I don't believe that.
