Who called me from this phone number (813) 377-1505

Caller started off by claiming they are part of the law enforcement, addressed me by first name. Then I asked them one more time “Are you law enforcement?” They replied with ; “yes I am.” I then asked “what law enforcement agency do you work for?” They then begin to tell me they are having a hard time hearing me and hang up! Definitely a scam!
