Phone rang, couldn't get an answer after saying hello a few times. Then finally he said hello and then hung up. Don't know who it is, nor do I care. Blocked now
I received few calls from them. I was shocked how the person on the phone was conducting himself. He was raging and asking for a hospital payment which I paid few years back. Don’t fall for this fraud.

keep getting calls from 813-291-0371 they never leave a message, the last time they called I answered the phone a woman I could hardly understand said it was for an old dr. of $35.00 , that I have already paid, I asked the doctors name, they didn't know, but wanted me to pay it right away. When I asked for an address to send a money order, she said "oh you want to pay with a money order" I told her that is the only way I pay my bills, and I asked for an address to send the money order to, all of a sudden she couldn't tell me and said she would have to let me talk to her supervisor, I said '"yeah that's what I thought, you can't tell me who the doctor is, you sound surprised when I mention a money order and you can't give me the doctors address, this sounds like a scam to me" and she hung up.
