Who called me from this phone number (813) 280-1645

This call was from someone wanting to rent out weeks of our timeshare for us if we pay $1800 fee to them. They claimed it was with RCI and I'd get $1600 for each of 6 weeks rented. I called RCI and they said it was a scam and they do not rent anything out.
