Got unwanted call from 813-247-8300?

Most likely a scam call as caller when I answered immediately said "It's me grandpa". None of my grandchildren are in the 813 area code. When I said "are you kidding me" in a tome of voice hat was not very friendly, the caller hung up. The phone number belongs to the Hillsboro County Sheriffs Dept. in Tampa FL. Not sure if their number was compromised or the scammer was operating from inside their jail.
