Who called me from this phone number (813) 225-3140

I received a similar call today from this number. My phone caller ID identify it as TOP DOCTOR. Message sais something about conformation of order before shipping. Sounding scam or fraud.

Received a call, but the confusing part is that it was from an actual person. Left a message. Calling me by my professional title that no one uses outside of people directly associated with my job. Saying they were confirming my order from my premium..something…before sending it. Scary do these people have my credit info?
