Who called me from this phone number (813) 200-4278

Medicare Scam.. Recorded message states calling regarding Medicare and than pauses and says " Can you hear me? With another long pause sounded like I was being recorded but I did not respond.. Than the caller says we will try you back to get your response and hung up. I don't have Medicare and they were trying to get my yes response ..

i also received several calls from this number also saying Casa Inspection. I landed up blocking it

Says Casa Inspection but when you call back it rings one time then hangs up , this number has called me x 15 times today
