We are an insurance business office. The Caller ID showed SSI. Upon answering the call, they asked to speak to the person in charge of our phone system to conduct a short survey about telemetrics in the workplace.

Caller ID showed SSI. I know what SSI stands for and I know there isn't ANY government agency that would call you on a Sunday evening@7:23PM. I didn't answer and ave blocked the number.
