Who called me from this phone number (812) 747-9519

This number is a daily relentless over and over again thing. I'm reporting this because it's a women with such foreign appeal to her I can't understand a word she says almost like she's trying to hard to make you believe she foreign but definitely is not. It's gotta be some sort of scam. Thank you ????
