Complaints about Phone Numbers812-347-####

I receive sexual texts from this number everyday & I've tried blocking but somehow he gets through

Receiving calls from (812) 347-4580, claiming I owe money on a past account. When I told the person I had settled that debt already she hung up on me and threatened with turning it over to the proper authorities. I blocked the number.
