Who called me from this phone number (810) 202-7325

Robo call stated PAYPAL received a charge of 339.00 and if I made the charge just hang up. If not, contact paypal. I went to Paypal and no such charge listed. Still, left a message stating what happened. Believe this to be some kind of scam.
