Who called me from this phone number (804) 823-6702

I am a cancer patient & this number called me to try to get me to register for my upcoming chemo treatment (which I’ve never done over the phone) & when I told him this, he said the call was about what I owe on the next chemo treatment. I just had my 12th & last chemo today so I don’t have any upcoming chemo appointments. This is a scam.
