Dominion Energy calling to schedule electrical repairs or service. They never leave a call back number and you can't call this number back so it makes it hard to talk to someone about what you need done. When you call the customer service line they can't connect you either, they just say that you have to wait for Operation to call. Ok - I missed their call, though, so I how do I get them back because THEY NEVER LEAVE A CALL BACK NUMBER
