She said it was regarding something in collections (untrue because I have nothing past due or in collections. I constantly check the credit bureaus.). I asked on behalf of what company; she refused to tell me unless I gave her personal information. I advised her that she would need to send correspondence by mail because I was not giving my personal information over the phone. She scoffed, and got an attitude, then I disconnected the call.
