Who called me from this phone number (804) 384-9328

I just received a automated voicemail from this number. They claim there is fraudulent activity on my SS# and that I should call them to correct it. Of course I will not be calling them back.

I keep getting calls saying they're going to prosecute me if I don't call them back but when I do call back they hang up when I get on them about the scam.
