Caller just barely spoke English. Did not immediately even state who he was calling about only that he was from Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Then he said who he wanted to talk to. I told him she was sleeping and I would not wake her unless he told me why he was calling. He then wanted to know if I had power of atty, I told him of course since I was the housekeeper. He then asked for his intended victims DOB. I told him I did not know, Then I told him his number was now recorded as a scam and would be blocked.
