Said it was an inmate from Richmond City Jail, but name was a complete blue, couldn’t understand, and unable to accept, like traditional collect call, asked for me to give credit card info to load prepaid amount of money. Person did not call back, a third time, after I initially tried to accept call, and it tried to make me put in credit card info. I believe it’s a scam.
