Saying there's a legal claim but no record of such and I live hours from Richmond
Claiming to be a legal firm with a case against me. They do not even mention names or case numbers, etc. I do not live close to Richmond Virginia.
Claims to be a legal department with a "legal claim against me" (send the sheriff with the court date - if so) This of course comes directly after a night of googling legal issues and signing up for services I immediately regretted giving my info to.

Wouldn’t give me any info on who they were but knew my name. After repeated attempts to make them identify themselves I ended the call and blocked them.
