CID = FSA. No msg. Tactics of a SCAMMER or FRAUD caller. Cannot find a matching phone number for a search on FSA, which may indicate a SPOOFING of the CID. Has called before.
Have called many times various time of day, leave no message and no answers.
Caller ID says FSA. They have called several times a day for over a week.
Hung up , no message.
