I've had missed calls with no message from this number for a while now. Today it left a hangup on my voicemail (it's been blocked before so it goes straight to voicemail). It's still an active problem number.
I am getting calls from this number twice a day now. I pick up and there is no one there immediately so I hang up. Incredibly irritating.
This is the number for the American Red Cross. They call when it's time to donate blood.
Left partial voice mail stating the call was being recorded and then cut off.
