"Kelly Stephens" female with a poor English accent said she was working with "local: real estate investors looking to buy my property. More of the same "double closing" BS from real estate investor websites that "show you how to make money in real estate on the side". These calls come in almost daily with someone trying to buy your property as is, in other words at less than full market price so they can take the equity.
SCAM! I didn't receive a call but an email saying they charged $300 to my credit card ending in "xxxx" for" PC Premium Support, Inc. and to call this number if I had any questions . My card was not billed and these scammers are phishing for credit card information. DO NOT CALL THEM
received a text that $299.00 has been charged on my credit card? I have no idea who this company is, it's not showing up on Google and the text says it's a company called Premium Support???
