Who called me from this phone number (800) 991-5265

Caller left message said he is John Prince, with PCH winners dept. Said call him at 8009914752 ext 101. I have called twice, left message. The recording leaves me at his voice mail. Also pick 0 for PCH Operator, and get these same voice mail. This is a scam.
