Complaints about Phone Numbers800-978-####

Got an email from amazon stating that an order I have placed would soon arrive , I called 800-978-0556. The man pretended to be amazon and stated someone had purchased something under my amazon account, asked me to go get an ebay card for 200 dollar GC to somehow cancel the unwanted order and I can get it from Walmart , etc.

One of many robocallers despite being on the do not call list.

Received call and left voicemail with no message. Not even music.
