This number keeps calling over and over. At least 5 times in a row. No voicemail or message. I refuse to pick up.
they had the nerve to spam call me 4 times because I didn't pick up, like why would I pick up an +800 number?
Took a call from this number claim they were HSBC and said there was some activity on my debit card. It sounded suspicious and he mumbled an account number. I don't have a debit card with this bank.
Same here. Mumbled reference number. Almost fell for it. Call the number on the back of your credit card.
spoofing HSBC and claiming investigating activity on my acct. Thick Indian accent and mumbled a "reference number". Total scam. same as spammers calling you with similar phone number as yourself hoping you would think it be a relative or friend. Do NOT give out any personal Information. Call HSBC with the phone number on your statement or card when in doubt if you have a HSBC acct.
