I just received an unsolicited fax to call 800 974-4069. This is fraud! I Google the address 50 W Broadway, Salt Lake City Utah, 84101 and it is not Citizens Bank.

Unsolicited fax for unsecured business loan, "$74,873 with underwriting authorization of up to $300,000" like previous commentator. Wasting our fax paper with spam.
We also got a fax from Citizens Bank in Utah, it was addressed to: 000 to $1 Million at our old address. It says Pre-approved loan amount $74,873 with underwriting authorization of up to $300,000.00. They say if we activate our application they will wire the money to us within 3 days. The phone number they give to call and speak to their commercial finance team is the same as the fax number the fax was sent from. In order to wire money to your account they need your account number but I suspect that once they have your account number they will be taking money out and not putting anything in. If you bank with citizens and received the same type of fax I would be inclined to say that citizens has either had a data breach or someone on the inside has provided a list of commercial customer addresses to someone on the outside.
We got a fax from "citizens bank" in UT offering a business loan, no collateral. giving this number to call. I don't think it is legit.

Received a fraudulent fax from this fake company. SPAM them. They are DEFINITELY NOT LEGIT!
