Who called me from this phone number (800) 957-4008

I got the same phone call. Was told to call and ask for the underwriting dept. to see if based on my recent activity if I'd qualify for a 1.9% interest rate. I told them I had no capital one credit card debt. The lady said they're a 3rd party and that they can help on over 200 cards. Then I told the lady this is a scam. She continued to attempt to ask me more questions. I told her I was going to call the Sheriff's Dept. and she quickly hung up.
