said it was about a large international charge on my visa account. Had my full name, date of birth. Firstr said it was Elise from RBC visa. WhenI later asked for the names said it was Alex Peter. Tried to verifycard # to cancel charge.
Known and persistant robo callers, considered not only a spam risk but a HIGH RISK! Blatant violators of the TCPA (and possibly the FDCPA)! This number has also been connected to other scams!
